Hi 7412dd,

There are so many variations of preparation for carrots and any other
food. Each preparation has a nutritional value.

Would a link to a database which gives the nutrient value for all
foods (including different preparations) suffice as an answer to your
question. This way, you can compare whatever foods you want with each
other for their nutritional value.

If the source gives information on what the nutrients do, otherwise
the nutrition facts alone are not relevant.
