I want examples of Communications Plans developed by or for agencies
managing environmentally sensitive projects, especially involving
dewatering of, and tunnelling through, underground aquifers. I am
developing a Communications Plan myself, and want examples of the
Target Audiences, Key Messages, Communications Channels,
Communications Products and Communications Tactics that other
organizations have used. This project relates to tunnelling through
an acquifer to install a sewer system. This project may pose risks to
people who own wells (wells can dry up during dewatering), may cause
significant concerns to environmentalists (about disrupting the
groundwater) and people concerned about urban sprawl associated with
growing insfrastructure projects, may annoy residents who may have to
put up with noise, traffic disruption, construction dust/dirt, etc. |
