HIs name was Charles H.Dughi, born in Tampa,Fl., January,  l929. Was a
Lieut.Colonel in the U.S. Army. Attended Sacred Heart School in Tampa,
graduated from Jesuit High School, l946. Attended college at Spring
Hill, Mobile, ala and was residing in the area of Redington Shores,Fl.

I couldn't find an obituary, but I did find the exact date of death. 

A search of the SSDI (Social Security Death Index) shows that he
passed away on November 08, 2002.  Saint Petersburg, FL is listed as
his last residence.

Also, if you weren't sure of his exact date of birth, it is January 27, 1929.

to his wife. Was any address or wife's name available?
