can anyone find a connection between Block Island and Mill Tall (or
Milltall)? Perhaps a road there or some monument or landmark? NOT Tall
Mill or Tallmill -- it must be mill tall or milltall. I need an answer

the exact name of either "Mill Tall" or "Milltall" would satisfy your
request?

In other words, you're not looking for any alternate solutions (e.g.,
Block Island mills that happen to be tall)?
