There is a number of good pay per click sites and bad pay per click
sites.  The best in regards to traffic are:

* Google.com (good contextual ability and reach)
* Overture.com (Owned by Yahoo, good reach and results are pushed to
several other  search engines
* Findwhat.com (not the volume of Google or Overture but take great
time to review affiliate and produce quality traffic)

Others that you can use but wouldn't recommend are:

* Goclick.com 
* Ah-ha.com 
* Kanoodle 
* epilot.com 
* Search123.com 
* 7search.com
