Dear fluffy1478,

Arnold Paul Guttenberg, attorney in Denver, CO, has been disbarred by
decision of the Colorado Supreme Court on 22 April 2003. The following
is the text of the official notice on this as issued by the Court:

"People v. Guttenberg, No. 02PDJ089, 04.22.03. Attorney Regulation.
The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved the parties? Conditional
Admission of Misconduct and disbarred Respondent, Arnold P.
Guttenberg, attorney registration number 09003, from the practice of
law. In the course of his representation of the personal
representative of an estate, respondent violated Colo. RPC 8.4(c) by
knowingly converting funds belonging to the estate. Respondent was
ordered to pay costs of the proceeding."

Although the Switchboard online telephone directory still lists Mr.
Guttenberg as resident in Colorado (provided that it is the same
person), I consider it at least possible that he has preferred to
avoid appearance in that particular state after having been disbarred.

There seems really not to be more information available online;
however, you may want to contact the competent department of the
Colorado Supreme Court and the Colorado Bar Association, since they
may have additional and more detailed information on the case of Mr.
Guttenberg and his current whereabouts (Google Answers may not do so,
since he is a private person now and providing information on living
private individuals is strictly forbidden to the Googla Answers
