In California--what are the civil and criminal actions that a husband
can take against a wife who embezzels funds designated and agreed to
as for "community" family
expenses (child care, food, household items) and deceptively (through
debit card cash back, cash advances and cash returns and credits)
misappropriates the funds for personal use or transfer to third parties.
