Are there any HIV vaccines and drugs in the USA or other countries
that can treat HIV and reduce it to a level that is virtually
undetectable and unharmful.
What im trying to say is if someone is diagnosed with HIV and they can
afford expensive treatment, what are their options??

Going to a doctor and not an online Q&A might be a smart first option.
