I am not looking for costs for an actual site, rather current unit
costs for typical sewerage, water supply, stormwater and roading costs
across a range of pipe sizes or roading types. This is done in New
Zealand for buildings, both residential and commercial and the results
are published-I am looking for similar infromation for infrastructure.
This is the infrastructure that is owned and operated by the local
authority and is located, normally, in the road reserve. I am not
talking about the connections that are installed inside private
property serving individaual dwellings.

can you please elaborate on what type of road construction you are looking for.
also , is the water supply to the boundary? 
and what type of building would you like the construction costs for ?
