where can I see home theater projector demos?

Clarification of Question by davehite-ga on 09 Oct 2004 15:55 PDT
I am planning on buying a new projector for home theater use and also
one that can be used for classroom use. I would like to find out about
trade shows or events where I can actually see output from a variety
of different projectors.

Are you willing to travel anywhere in the world to see DLP projectors?
If not, it would be helpful to know approximately where you're
located.

I live in East Tennessee, so I am interested in traveling anywhere in
the Southeast / Eastern U.S.

I personally own an Infocus X1.(dlp) Here is where I got all my
information when looking for a projector

www.avsforum.com
Please take time to read and search the forums before asking a question.

Here is someone who may be in a similiar situation

www.projectorcentral.com is also a great resource.

There are so many options you will want to research which projectors
would would like to see, then seek to find a way to demo them. Some
companies will demo them to you directly from the factory from what I
understand.
