What leads you to believe that the Fed Reserve has a charter, and that
it is meant to expire.

I have found no indication of this, thus far.

The first two United States Banks Had federal Charters.I know in 1913
the federal reserve act was passed right before christmas while most
of congress was at home. I hear that the act had the same type charter
as the first two U.S. banks. I believe that a charter was voted in
1964, that is when the feds removed the silver base from being issued.
Then in 1992 I think the feds removed all the silver backed bank notes
from the float of money. The first U.S. bank charter was for twenty
years The secound was for twenty also but the secound U.S. Bank
requested a vote four years early. Go to the web site www.
themoneymasters.com this will give you a working knowledge of the fed
bank from our country's inception.
