My brother and his wife are here in the UK, have been 5 times since
1998. They currently has 2 years multiple entry tourist visa. They
have also travelled to europe before on Schengen visa. He is an
amateur tiler. Is there any way he could apply for work permit while
he is here? My daughter(15yrs) plays tennis and travels all over
europe and hopefully internationally in near future. Could he apply
for european visa from UK? Is there any other way, they could apply
for "indefinite leave to remain"?

What is your brother's nationality?

I did not understand, how does all of it has to do with your
daughter's tennis career?

My Brother and his wife are indian citizens. Because my daughter needs
to travel, I would like him to accompany her on various tournaments, I
initially sponsored them for uk visitors visa to come and watch my
daughter play tennis at various tournaments. They still have 14
months left on their visa to run (180 days maximum stay).
