Hi,  I need a scanned copy of the CD-ROM disc itself for any
QuickBooks version pre-2004.  Thanks!

If you are requiring this to submit an upgrade rebate request and have
lost your previous version of Quickbooks, you can also use the
alternate proof of ownership methods listed here:

-The original title or cover page from a previous version's manual 
-An upgrade invitation from Intuit (must show your name and address) 
-A photocopy of a previous version's CD-ROM or floppy disk
(photocopying your CD-ROM or floppy disk will not cause any damage to
the program)
-A receipt or packing slip showing the purchase of a previous version 
-A registration card from a previous version 
-A printed screen shot from within the program if you have a preinstalled version 
-An order form from an upgrade offer (must show your name and address)
