Hi!, I age 70-wife age 67 taking piano lessons presently. We purchased a 88 key consul type piano recently in our home in Indiana. We vacation to our winter trailor home in northern Florida 10 days or so each winter month for all practical purposes. We want to keep leaning during our winter vists so we can play before we die! My thought is to purchase a hopefully simple type 88 keyboard portable piano- one that functions as close to a regular piano without any accompanyment Is it possible to purchase one like this that hooks up to a computor because we learn more this way in my thinking. We do have an XP computor in Florida also. The more simple the better in as much as We do not need Aire conditioning in the winter in Anartica. Your expertise and help in conveying information in a laymans fashion will be deeply appreciated. Once again a solo instrument-88 keyboard- the cost secondary, thereby keeping focused on aming to to be just and old time piano player! Thanks! Sincerely, Smack |

I've been a professional pianist for 40 years. My electronic piano fo choice is the Korg SP-300. 88 weighted keys, lightweight, built-in terrific amp and speakers, and MIDI In and Out for communication with your computer. Trust me on this one. http://www.keyboardmag.com/archive/0703/0703_r2.htm |
