I have recently reinstalled Crystal Enterprise Standard v8.0 onto a PC
running Windows 2000. When the number of users exceeds the 5 licences
included with the installation, a logon screen appears stating:

The Web Component Server could not log you on to the APS. Please
re-enter your user name and password.

Prior to the reinstallation, we were able to enter the User Name
"Administrator" (blank password), and click the log on button, which
would allow us through to run the report. However, since the
reinstallation, this logon screen has no entries in the Authentication
Type drop down list and as a result will not log on to the APS to run
the report.

How do I get the Authentication Type options (Enterprise or Windows
NT) to appear in the drop down list on this screen? (Note: the logon
screen in the Crystal Management Console works OK.)
