Hi, I'm doing some research about tobacco litigation and I'm having
trouble understanding the full/official court ruling on the Cipollone
v. Liggett Group, Inc. case (505 US 504) from 1992.  I'm looking for a
summary of the background/facts associated with the case, the basic
issue(s), the decision(s) and a general reasoning for the decision.
