Hello cosxmos, I believe that the list may be a very short one. From
what I can tell all companies that provide the service you require are

I e-mailed all the providers that cover North Africa and have received
only one positive response. However, I suppose that one company that
meets your criteria should be a good answer. I received the following
reply from Bentley Telecom:

Hello there

Payment can be made by bank transfer or debit card or you can use your
credit card but there is a 3% charge for this service.

I don't think that the 3% surcharge is excessive and hope that it is
acceptable to you also. I will certainly post any further information
that I might receive concerning any other companies that will accept
credit cards.
