I am looking for a comprehensive list both on the federal and state
level for all national (i.e. only having occured and prosecuted on
U.S. soil) cases involving counterfeiting of a trademark since 1990. I
would like only the most basic of facts included e.g.

1) Date occured
2) Name of party
3) Whether Federal or state prosecution
4) Nature of the Counterfeiting i.e. what was counterfeited how much etc.
5) Who investigated the crime and how the criminal was brought to justice
6) What statute the defendant was prosecuted on.
7) What the verdict was and what the sentencing entailed.
8) Whether the verdict was appealed and whether or not it was overturned.
9) Case number for reference
I am especially interested in cases involving counterfeiting of
trademark designer goods i.e. apparell, watches, accessories etc. but
would like information on every instance of trademark counterfeiting.

I do not need information on other cases of counterfeiting like
currency or documents, strictly trademark. If anything is unclear
please let me know and I will try to be more specific.

Let me reemphasize that the list needs to be comprehensive. It is of
no use to me if only a handful of federal cases are cited without
including every state case as well.

Thank you for your interest.

snowtime-ga,

I'm afraid that what you've asked for here goes well beyond the
boundaries of a typical Google Answers question.

In my estimation, you would have to spend perhaps $25,000 on a project
that would take six months or more, in order to have a researcher
compile a study of this nature, and even then, I doubt any researcher
would be willing to guarantee that it was totally comprehensive.

You may want to re-cast this question along lines that are
commensurate with the fee being offered for an answer.

Just a suggestion...
