As far as the national goes, is there a specific department you are interested in?
I have been unable to find a general purpose email address, but I do have:

Sears Shareholder services department
Investor Relations
Domain Administration

I was unable to find an email address for the Lafayette store.

I sent a registered letter to that physical address, but they did not
respond. I sent many an email to the Customer Service. I always get a
message promising to have someone contact me within 24, hours, I
think. No response. Thanks anyway.
