1. Can South Korean consumers pay for electronic subscriptions (e.g.
access to online content, multiplayer games like Lineage, or owning a
domain name) via a recurring credit card payment on a major credit
card (MC/Visa/Amex)?

2. Are there existing Korean online services (of any type) that offer
recurring credit card billing as an option to their customers?

3. What other recurring billing options are available to Koreans for
online services, and which are most commonly used?
