I am looking for a method of depositing money (liquid cash) into an
offshore account for investment into stocks/mutual funds. I am located
in Quebec, Canada.

So here are the requirements:

1. An anonymous method of depositing cash into a foreign bank account
(around 3000$ Weekly. It is very important that the method of deposit
be anonymous

2. A offshore account that does not require any form of identification
to open and allows for investment into some sort of mutual fund /
stock.

It would be nice if the account comes with a debit card to withdraw
cash from ATM's or if it will allow for small transfers to a Cambodian
bank account.

I must be able to deposit the cash from here in Canada. I do not want
to have to leave the country with the cash, only deposit it into an
offshore account from Canada.

once again, I must clarify that I need to be able to deposit CASH from
within Canada without showing ID or having any trace of where the
money comes from.. This appears to be the more difficult problem. I
have already opened an account in Cambodia while I was there. However,
the account currently has a 500$USD balance. I have tried
unsuccesfully to place additional funds into the account. I was always
asked by the banks (Here in Canada) to show ID before being able to
transfer money into a forgeing account. I still find the information
on online banks usefull but that is still only a peice of the puzzle.

If the account in cambodia has ATM Service.. you could then deposit
cash through any ATM in Canada.. and the bank would not ask any
questions..:)
