When spouces file jointly in C/P state of Calif. (having previoulsy
declarred their earnings as Sepatate Property by pre-marital-k), May
one spouse seek to have other spouse pay income tax on his windfall
$500,000 gain from stock option income by failing to withhold and
provide suf. $$ and then taking same from declared c/p assets?
