I'm looking for the unique user base of Outlook Express and their
demographic profile. Please support answer with reputable source.

Since Outlook Express is a free product that is included with the free
Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser, and with Windows itself, I
doubt it would be possible to provide reputable information on the
usage of this product.

If I had to take a wild guess I would say mostly home users with some
small business users that cannot afford or do not want Microsoft
Office (which would include the full version of Outlook).

As for "unique" demographics, I doubt there are any.
