Are you sure that this is not a misunderstanding? Charlotte-Sophie von
Mecklenburg (1744 - 1818)was a princess from the North German Duchy of
Mecklenburg-Strelitz. She married George III, king of Great Britain
and Prince-Elector of Hanover, in 1761 and thus became Queen of
Britain (and of the 13 Colonies, of course). She definitely never
married George Washington.
