I need to periodically send fedex/ups style letter packages from my
Mountain View, CA office (ZIP 94041) to New Delhi, India (ZIP 110070).
These are office documents, books, software CDs etc so should be
presumed non-dutiable items.

I want to find a cheap, "reliable" provider. I am looking for a price
comparison of the brand names (Fedex/UPS/DHL/USPS), as well as other
lesser known but "reliable" providers. (Use your discretion for
"reliable" and/or include the URLs so I can eyeball the sites or
contact them to make up my own mind)

For the comparison table, assume 0.5 lbs for a letter and 2-3 lbs for
a package. For delivery items, I would like to see Fastest Available,
3-5 days and next week.  Package tracking ability is useful but a
tradeoff against price.
