Question ID: 414007
Where can I access a database of historical college football
results, that captures not only the score, but also a Vegas betting
point spread from at or before kickoff? Other parameters:
- Ideally it would capture games from 1990 to the present, but a
starting point between 1995-1998 would suffice.
- I am primarily interested in a small number of teams (Tennessee,
Michigan, Michigan State, Oklahoma, California, Louisiana State,
Georgia, Florida, Auburn, Miami and Florida State), so having the full
list of Division 1A or lower level schools is not necessary.

Uncletd,
A challenging question indeed!

Website located meeting your specific requirements (its not an ideal
world so instead of from 1990 the site starts at 1992/3). See here:
http://www.repole.com/sun4cast/indexframes.html

Select, ?previous scores & lines? then,
select ?college football regular season? then,
specify year and team.

Alternately select ?free stuff? then,
select ?downloadable files? then,
cursor to year required then,
under ?college football select regular season game score and lines? download file.

In Nevada the state legislature (via the Nevada Gaming Control Act and
ancillary statues) designate the Nevada Gaming Commission and State
Control Board as the overseers of the gaming industry.
Sport betting, legislatively termed ?sports pool? appears in chapter
463 of the Nevada Revised Statue. See here:

From the legislative roots the governing authorities have created and
maintain rules under which licensed entities operate.
?Sports pools? comes under regulation 22 of the Regulations of the
Nevada Gaming Commission and State Gaming Control Board. See here:
