In a recent issue of J@pan Inc magazine the president of Japan
Elevator Services (JES) said "Every engineer has a GPS cell phone, so
that
we know exactly where they are.   When we get a customer call, we check the
engineers actual location and their schedule....".

I want to know:

1.  What is the name of the company that provides GPS cell phone services to JES?

2.  What are the the contact details (name and email address) of a
person working for the company in question 1, who can help me setup a
similar service for my company?


I've tried contacted Vodafone and NTT.   Vodafone say they don't offer
this service.  NTT say this is not my department,  I'll forward to
someone who can help.  They never answer.  Its probably because it is
a huge company, and they have trouble answering questions in English. 
Unless you are native Japanese speaker it might be difficult for you
to deal with the beaurocracys inside these phone companies to answer
this question.

I just had a walk in sales call from a Nextel Rep.
They were pitching similar services under the name:
"Comet Tracker" from ActSoft Inc.
