Are you looking for someone who has DCR's Responsible Land Disturber Certificate? RLD's are usually a foreman on a construction site that falls under DCR's Erosion & Sediment Control Law. If this is what you are looking for, they are a dime a dozen, and if you have an employee with average mental abilites, they can take an on-line test and become instantly certified. Any more questions? |

Yes, I know they may be a dime a dozen however I would like a name and number. The online exam is not needed, this is a one time project. Thanks again |

Potomac Watershed Office Manager ? Marc Aveni Gary Switzer Shelby Hertzler 98 Alexandria Pike, Suite 33 Warrenton, VA 20186 (540) 347-6420 fax: (540) 347-6423 The above address may be able to provide you with some names. I would encourage you to revisit getting yourself certified. Certification costs 90$ for three years. I am a certified RLD, E&S Inspector, and Plan Reviewer, and I would charge more than 90$ before I would sign off on any site-plan. Hopefully, the Potomac Watershed Office will be able to help you. If you have anymore questions on E&S Law, I'd be glad to help, and the best part is you get to keep your 10$, cause I'm free. |
