Dear gapgapgap,

Below is the answer to your first question according to the formula
you gave. I believe you intended each of the five questions above to
be answered separately, correct? If not, just let me know via
Clarification Request, and I'll attach the remaining four answers here
in the form of a Clarification. Otherwise, go ahead and list the other
four as separate questions. You can leave them open to all
Researchers, or if you prefer that I answer them, feel free to address
them to my attention. I have the statistics at hand.

Sorry that pay per click my question specifically asks for SEO work.
Thats short for search engine optimization not pay per click
campaigns. You are on the right track.

You might want to start here http://www.4webmarketing.biz/seocosts.htm

They say,
* In the USA $20,000 to $30,000 is going set-up fee for 25-40
keywords across 36 engines. Then, a monthly maintenance fee of
$200-300 per keyword phrase.

You need to stick to seo companies and stay away from PPC like
overture , ad words, find what and the like. My question when properly
answered will give the reader the average seo fee per word or phrase
for a given time frame.

I'm sorry about the misunderstanding. Here are the goods. Note that
I've divided the total cost of each SEO package by the number of
keywords to obtain the cost per keyword.

     discount to rank 60."'
