We're currently dealing with a company that asked us this question by email:

"Could you inform us with the safety regulation on (product name) in Vienna?" 

We're not sure what safety regulation mean, and how could we find out the
safety regulations of their product in a specific country?

Could this mean "Material Safety Data Sheets" commonly called MSDS?

Try these sources and see if you can find a MSDS on the product in
question and let me know if this is the answer you are seeking?

Any researcher wishing to answer your question would need to know the
type of product to which this refers. Is it a pharmaceutical,
cosmetic, other chemical product, food product, electrical appliance,
or.....  ? Different regulations apply to different types of products.
