Well I was wondering does anyone know the rules and regulations for Conjugal visits in CA State Prisons. What I'm trying to really find out is why would someone be denied from having them when they have never been convicted of sexual or domestic violence crimes and they are not doing life in prison? | |

Conjugal visits AB 29 That was amendmended 5/29/97 Oller "It is simply outrageous that convicted prisoners are allowed to have unsupervised overnight visits while their victims or the families of their victims are suffering," said Oller. "Prison should be punishment, not a picnic. Prison officials have told me that very often these visits are the avenue by which drugs get into the prison system. It's high time to stop this nonsense." http://republican.senate.ca.gov/news/1/pressrelease902.asp It appears they have stopped doing them as of 5/29/97 http://republican.sen.ca.gov/news/1/pressrelease903.asp Oller on Sex crimes. http://republican.senate.ca.gov/news/1/pressrelease2610.asp This is a job sheet that list many numbers of prisons in CA. http://www.bpt.ca.gov/jobs/100804-ew.pdf This guy Oller is a hrad a$$ on these crimes. |
