I need to map an FTP site as a drive Leter in a script. (I can use
batch or vbs, can't use webdrive)
The script should drop any mapping on the Drive (net use X: /d)
Map the Drive X to the FTP Site (mapx.vbs /u:myuser /p:myPassword
/s:myftp.site.com /D:x)
I can't use a GIU to map because it's going to run as a script.

The script will run on a Win2000 Standard Server

Unless netbios is open on the ftp, you can't map a drive to it without
3rd party software..

Via NetworkPlaces you can add an FTP shortcut and the use the
shortcut to mapped on Tools Map Drive. this approach doesn't require
netbios on the FTP server.

I'm trying to look for a solution via command line that will allow me that.
Could be a utility(.exe), a vbs program, the issue it's that needs to
run from the command line as part of a script.

Sorry, no can do. Can't map an ftp to a drive. You can create a
shortcut to it but not map a drive letter to it.
