The hosted Wiki provider EDITME's site www.editme.com has been
unreachable for greater part of the day, and so have my sites hosted
with them. I can not readily find any contact information for them. 
The WHOIS information for the domain seems to be a generic Network
Solutions address and phone number. I am looking for a phone number to
contact them to get status on repairs. Email and all electronic
communications seem to be down.

The site seems to be partially restored, but no contact info appears
and no information on why it was down for an extended time.

I received an email from their tech support department, and a
representative named Steve gave a contact number to reach their
offices. (617) 848-2601. He also said to please leave a voicemail if
nobody picks up.

I didn't have much more luck that you did. I searched archive.org for
old versions of their contact page hoping that they'd have a contact
number listed, but could only find this:

Seeing as their web server isn't up anymore, I don't think these
emails will help you at all. Sorry.
