Hello Jonphillips,

Please take a look at this report.

A REVIEW OF THE USEABILITY OF SELF-SERVICE BANKING FACILITIES FOR
AUSTRALIANS WITH DISABILITIES

Is this the kind of information that you require or are you looking
for something different?

Thanks,
Bobbie7

I am basically trying to redesign a interface that would encoporate
infomation point, at gallery , train stations, bus stations etc It has
to take into consideration the diffuculties experience by people that
are blind, wheel chair bound etc. So i was looking for the problems
that these people experience with this task of using public computer
interfaces. Are the cash machine point usally too high for a person in
a wheel chair to axcess? can a blind person take cash out of an atm or
does he/she reqire assistance? or is using the cashier in the bank the
only option. cheers
