Here are the latest numbers from the Energy Information
Administration. They release weekly updated residential and wholesale
(commercial) prices as well as comparing it to the previous years.

As of October 11th:
Residential Now - $1.899
Residental -1 Year - $1.373
% Increase - %38.310

Wholesale Now - $1.500
Wholesale -1 Year - $0.902
% Increase - %66.297

Hi and thanks so much for your fast response... one question... is the
line that states "Residential - 1 year - $1.373" and "Wholesale -1
Year - $0.902" mean this is what the prices were a year ago?

Yeah, sorry about the confusion. Those are the prices a year ago.
