We own domain name, CustomerService.com. We have only recently put a
rudimentary site up and are already getting 6,000+ unique visitors per
month! We want to make it into a true marketplace or clearinghouse for
everything related to customer service (CRM, training programs,
software, books, speakers, etc.) in other words "one-stop
shopping/selling" for both buyers and sellers. We want to solicit
providers of customer service products and services (PeopleSoft, SAS,
SAP, Salesforce, and the like)as site sponsors/advertisers. The
question is...what is the best way to contact these customer service
vendors, i.e., specifically, how do we get specific contact
information so we can approach the decision-makers at these companies
to let them know that this marketing opportunity is available to them?
Do we do a web search for list sellers; go to Dun & Bradstreet, or
what?
