I would like to hire someone to investigate the involvement of my
grandfather with the Nazi regime in Germany during 1933-1945. The
person or organization will need to have experience in this matter and
belong to a reputable organization. Could you point me to some
organization or individual who would work on this matter.

To answer your question it would be helpful if you could indicate the
rank of your grandfather (not necessary mentioning his name) and the
region where he was based (in Berlin, somewhere in Germany, or in
occupied foreign countries).

You could do some preliminary research before forwarding your question
to an experienced researcher.

A good starting point would be the "Berlin Document Center" (BDC),
since 1994 part of the Bundesarchiv:
