To send an HTML email from Outlook you just click "New" and then select "HTML" from the "Format" menu. Unfortunately you cannot edit the HTML source directly in Outlook. Open outlook, Tools->Options In that Mail format tab, choose message format as HTML. Click ok. In order to insert hyperlink, open a new mail, insert tab is available to insert the links. you can also copy and paste the exact thing you require. |
