I am looking for someone to explain to me how to send HTML emails from
Outlook (not Outlook Express) for free. I will need it to maintain
absolute URLs when it arrives in the recipient's email box. I already
have created and uploaded the webpage.

Thank you, Yitz

Alternatively, I would love if I edit the source right in Outlook -
kind of like the View Source Edit tab in Outlook Express. That way I
can hyperlink it right in the program.

Thanks, Yitz

To send an HTML email from Outlook you just click "New" and then
select "HTML" from the "Format" menu.

Unfortunately you cannot edit the HTML source directly in Outlook.
However there are some work-arounds, and the following links nicely
explains how to perform them:

Open outlook, Tools->Options In that Mail format tab, choose message
format as HTML. Click ok.
In order to insert hyperlink, open a new mail, insert tab is available
to insert the links. you can also copy and paste the exact thing you
require.
