and by entering simply the letter "a" into the company name box, my
search returned a list of 81,205 companies -- virtually the entire
list.

Pages, but that appears to be changing with the introduction of this
service:

In the "Search Saudian Yellopages Directory" box, I entered the letter
"c" to search for listings that contain "company" or similar words.
