I am looking for a list of the most profitable retail bakeries in
America/Canada that sell pies,cakes, bread, coffee and sandwhiches in
a sit down restauraunt.  We have a bakery/cafe in Australia (visit
www.beechworthbakery.com) and we would like to visit bakeries that are
extremely profitable in other countries.
