I found this site, and used the compare tool, but did not see any

Apart from physical dimensions (size, weight, etc.), the only notable
difference between the 7730 and the 7230 is that a USB cradle in
available only in the 7730 not in the 7230. Anyway, you gotta hear
(actually, read) the answer to this one from the horse's mouth itself!
The exact differences between BlackBerry 7730 and 7230 can be seen
from the following link on BlackBerry's website. Please note that the
7730 falls in the 7700 series while the 7230 falls in the 7200 series.

Both the 7730 and the 7230 work on T-Mobile. You can confirm this from here:

I don't think the 7730 is available on AT&T. Look at this:

However, there is yet another model 7780 which seems to be ALMOST
