Where can i find details or the actual documents of the corporate
plan, or contingency plan for the acquistion/merger of Exxon and Mobil
Corporation.

I'm sure the companies involved had to file documents with the SEC. 
Are those the types of documents you're looking for, or are you after
internal (and presumably confidential) plans?  If the latter, I doubt
they are available.

Well, I'm more into the reason why they have the merger, and how
they're going to achieve it.  I don't need the actual documents.  An
article that gives the reason why and how is good enough.
