I curate a local film festival. I am looking for someone who can
design for me a funtional template for planning our festival program.
I am essentially looking to replicate a typical TV gird (see link
below), but customized for a film festival. I need to be able to
enter film titles, their theater, duration and screening time, and
have these values automatically graphed and displayed on the grid.
For planning purposes, I would like to be able to move these films
(with present time values) around the calender, adjust other
variables, etc.. Looking for a web resource where I can commission
someone to design this template for me (as an Excel graph, Access
file, etc.; or contract with someone who responds to this answer via
Google Answers.

You can find many, many Excel and Access (among others) and web-savvy
programmers at www.vbaexpress.com/forum. If you don't want to join and
post in the forum there, check out the members list and contact the
individuals.
