An executive physical is a service that combines the latest medical
technology with personal attention.

The Cleveland Clinic, John Hopkins and the Mayo Clinic provide the
best personal health checkups available.

?The examinations generally include blood tests, ultrasound studies,
EKG's, stress exams, sigmoidoscopies, bone density evaluations,
full-body CAT scans, body composition analysis, hearing and vision
tests and mammograms and Pap smears for women. Patients often meet
with a cardiologist, gastroenterologist, audiologist, endocrinologist,
neurologist, orthopedist, dermatologist, psychiatrist, nutritionist
and any other specialist deemed appropriate. At the end, there is
advice on stress management, exercise and changes that can reduce risk
factors.?

?The Cooper Clinic is one of a handful of medical institutions that
have served the well-heeled for years. Others include the Cleveland
Clinic in Ohio, the medical center at Johns Hopkins University in
Baltimore and, of course, the world-famous Mayo Clinic in Rochester,
Minn, whose patients have included King Hussein, Ronald Reagan,
Muhammad Ali and the Rev. Billy Graham.?

I would advise being careful about such exams. Every test is
associated with a chance of false negative results meaning you get an
abnormal result even though you are healthy. Often these sorts of
results require further testing some of which can pose it's own risks.
Obviously radiographic excams are often associated with harmful
x-rays. New studies have shown that whole body CT scans pose a great
risk than benefit.

Just because you CAN buy a certain test, doesn't mean you necessarily should

Just another point of view!

You can try a very good test for cancers detection - non invasive and
easy (just a blood drawing - no radiation/xray).
The CancersafeŽtest may look for: breast, ovarian, uterine, prostate,
testicle, lung, colorectal, pancreas, liver, stomach, thyroid.

have a look on www.cancersafe.com

Personnaly, I do it once a year under medical control. No problem for the moment.
