What are the best private psychiatric hospitals (or general hospitals
with a psychiatric department) in Western Europe?  Holland, Belgium,
Northern France, and Western Germany are preferable.  My wife is
undergoing a manic episode with psychosis.  We are in Amsterdam, and
if I can convince her to get help, I?d like to be prepared to offer
her some choices of hospitals that are as comfortable as possible.
