Question ID: 416203
I'm interested in information about bureaucracies around the world,
their differences, and how they function.

How do bureaucratic arrangements in other countries differ from those
in the U.S.? What is the relative status of these non U.S.
bureaucrats? Which arrangements and degree of status appear to be
better?

P.S. I wasn't sure how to price this question.... if it needs to be
highter, I can certainly raise it. Thank you!

Simply by way of assistance, in the UK bureaucrats are called civil
servants, and their webpage is here:
