i) be the mean fraction of time source i is transmitting, 0<alpha(sub
i)<1, for all i. Denote micro sign(sub A1) bps and micro
sign(subscript A2) bps be the service rate(constant) for sever A1 and
A2.

I guess, the question is related with M/D/2 server queueing system.
In part a, to find arrival rate of server A1 with given probability.
In part b, to find arrival rate of server A2 with given probability.
In part c and d, the average number of message units in queues?

We can think one buffer connected with parallel servers which are A1 and A2.
