Any suggestions for finding bulk suppliers of broken, chipped
unsaleable patterned china?  ebay is pretty good, but tends to be
expensive.   I have bought this by the pound from replacements.com but
would like to find more similar sources, preferably ones that will
sort for color schemes or certain patterns.  Any thoughts???

Local potteries? If you can collect from the reject bins on the
rpoduction lines the product should be fairly well sorted by default.
