GUESTHOUSE  / PLACES TO STAY located in ZIP CODE 90212. I have split
my research so far along the following lines and would you to follow
this structure:

Hotel for under $100 per night in 90212

Guesthouses for under $100 per night in 90212

Other Accomodation for below $100 per night in 90212

I hope you can provide me with the information to supplement each

I've checked a few listings of hotels, and there actually seem to be
only a small number of hotels and similar accomodations with a 90212
zip code -- perhaps a dozen overall.  I'm not sure yet which (if any)
have under-$100 rooms.

Do you have reason to believe that there are more than a handful of
hotels in the 90212 zip code?  Are you strictly limited to this one
zip, or would nearby accomodations be of interest?

Why don't you just consult a guidebook to USA/California/LA, aimed at
budgedtg travellers, such as Lonely Planet, Rough Guide or Let's Go.
