I would like to know about the rules to set up a residential Alzheimer
facility. By that I mean, there are homes in neighborhoods where
instead of a family living there, they take in up to six Alzheimer
patients and care for them there. I want to know about the rules to
do this. What licenses are required? What type of inspections are
required? What about the type of person who provides the care.
Someone wants to set one of these up next door to me, and I am
concerned.

It would help to know the general location of where you live - City/State.
